Lutz leads after first day; Lady Lopes tied for 15th

SEDONA, Ariz. -- GCU women's golf coach Marc Chandonnet said going into this weekend's NAU Red Rocks Invitational, Jennifer Lutz had a chance, if she played well, to win individual honors.
So far, so good.
A junior, Lutz (pictured) shot a one-under par 71 at Oak Creek Country Club Saturday and has a one-stroke lead over Oral Roberts' Crystal Reeves.
The Lopes, the lone Division II team in the 18-team field is tied for 15th.
