Post-Graduation Goals: My goal is to become a labor and delivery nurse.
Why did you choose GCU? The first time I visited the campus it felt like home. The community is so friendly and loving towards everyone which is something I strongly value. GCU also has a great nursing program. I want to become a labor and delivery nurse, so having access to a good program is very important to me. I also love sunshine so getting away from the rain sounded like heaven.
When you are not cheering, where can you be found? I can be found hanging out and exploring Arizona with my friends or studying in GCBC.
Who is the most influential person in your life? My mom is the most influential person in my life. She is strongest person I know. With all she’s been through and everything she’s responsible for, she still manages to keep a smile on her face. She believes in me no matter what and is always there when I need help. I hope one day I’m half the amazing mom that she is.
What is one piece of advice you would give someone who dreams of becoming a GCU Cheerleader? My piece of advice would be to believe in yourself and work hard! Staying positive and putting in the time will pay off!
Fun Fact: I love wakeboarding and wake surfing in Crescent Bar, WA.
