Post-Graduation Goals: I hope to get into PA school and eventually become a PA.
Why did you choose GCU? I chose GCU because as soon I stepped onto campus, I just knew it was the school for me. Everyone on campus was so involved and their havoc section was something I had never seen before. Not only that, but cheer was a big reason I chose this school. After meeting with the team, I knew right away that was something I wanted to be a part of.
When you are not cheering, where can you be found? When I am not cheering, I can be found either at GCBC or in my dorm working on homework or hanging out with my friends.
Who is the most influential person in your life? I cannot say the most influential person in my life is only one person. Both of my parents play a huge role in my life and I look up to them every day as role models. We have such a close relationship and I know that they are there for me through my good and bad days. Although they are not physical here with me at school, I know they are in my heart and are only a phone call away.
What is one piece of advice you would give someone who dreams of becoming a GCU Cheerleader? If I got one piece of advice to give, I would say to be yourself and if you are really passionate about cheering at GCU then don’t give up and push yourself to be the best you can be.
Fun Fact: A fun fact about me is that when I eat a banana, I split it into three pieces in my mouth.
