Why did you choose GCU? In my 8th grade year, I attended a GCU basketball game for the first time. I vividly remember watching the male cheerleaders toss stunts and in awe, I told my sister that wanted to be able to do that. Flash forward 4 years later I would be trying out for the team and committing my academic career to GCU.
What are your plans for post-graduation? I plan to work in marketing for a resort or airline out of state.
Piece of advice for someone wanting to be a future GCU Cheerleader? Trying out will be one of the best decisions you make. You are not just going to be on a cheer team... you are going to be a part of a loving, caring, and TALENTED family that will push you to new heights and make you the best version of yourself.
Fun fact about yourself:Â I grew up on a dairy farm with 8 siblings. I also played football for 6 years prior to starting cheer so any guy that is doubting trying out should put those excuses aside.
