Major/Minor: Nursing
Post-Graduation Goals: I want to become a nurse and start a family. I also want to do foster care and adopt.
Why did you choose GCU? I chose GCU because the second I stepped foot on campus it felt like home. I have always wanted to attend a private Christian university that was out of state, so GCU was the perfect fit for me. The cheer team here definitely caught my eye and so did the nursing program.
When you are not cheering, where can you be found? When I am not cheering, you can find me hanging out with friends or at GCBC.
Who is the most influential person in your life? The most influential people in my life are my parents. They have taught me everything I know, and they are my biggest supporters. They are selfless, great listeners, and they give the best advice. They are my role models that I have, do, and always will look up to. I strive to be the people they are and someday be as good of a parent as them.
What is one piece of advice you would give someone who dreams of becoming a GCU Cheerleader? My best advice to someone who dreams of becoming a GCU cheerleader would be to just go for it. Work hard and trust God. Go to the clinics, games, and tryouts because they are all amazing learning opportunities.
Fun Fact: A fun fact about me is that I went on a mission trip to Uganda, Africa.
Favorite Bible Verse or Quote: “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11
