A week removed from its second place showing in Palm Desert, California, Grand Canyon heads west to Lihu'e, Hawaii, to partake in the three-day John A. Burns Intercollegiate tournament.
The tournament is a yearly stop for the men's team, who have played at the Ocean Course Hokuala in seven of the past eight years. The award-winning course is a par-72 with a distance of 7,156 yards and spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. It has been rated as one of the world's 12 most beautiful courses by MSN Travel.
The field consists of 20 teams, including six in the top-40 via NCAA Scoreboard rankings in No. 10 Arizona, No. 16 New Mexico, No. 20 California, No. 30 Texas A&M, No. 33 San Diego State and No. 37 BYU. Joining those teams in the field are Arkansas Little Rock, Fresno State, Georgia Southern, host school Hawaii, Saint Mary's, UC Santa Barbara, UNLV, USC, Utah, UTEP, Washington State, San Francisco, and Long Beach State.
The Lopes will field the same starting five as it did last week at the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate. Seniors

Sam Murphy and freshman
Gavin O'Neill will aim to keep momentum going from its second place outing in the spring opening tournament.
Kling is coming off a fantastic start to his spring season, winning WAC Golfer of the Week after placing second overall at 8 under par in California. O'Neill finished tied for fourth at 4 under while Zorzetto came in at 20th place.
First round action begins Thursday morning at 8:30 a.m. GMT/11:30 a.m. MST.
