Regular season indoor finale set for Friday

Final trip to NAU of season
The Grand Canyon track and field team is concluding the regular season portion of the indoor schedule Friday at the NAU Tune Up.
Some of the Lopes will take the weekend off to rest for the WAC Championship while the other athletes will get one more competition in to prepare.
The GCU throwers will compete this weekend. This includes shot put defending conference champion Jorden Okyere.
Most of the Lopes jumpers will be competing in high jump as well as long jump.
In addition, multiple distance runners will be looking to put up some strong times to close out the regular season.
Regarding sprints, Jaichaun Stanton-Jones, Mariano Hernandez, Calvin Absten, and Ethan Zake will also be at NAU.
The action will begin at 1 p.m. on Friday.
