STANFORD, Calif. – Grand Canyon graduate
Siripatsorn Patchana is set to take on the first round of the NCAA regional at Stanford Golf Course in pursuite of a NCAA Championship spot.
The Stanford Regional will feature 54 holes of play on the Cardinals' par-71, 6,291-yard course. Patchana is one of six individuals participating in the regional, as well as 12 teams for a total of 66 players.
The opening round for Patchana will begin on Monday at 9:50 a.m. (Phoenix time). She will be joined by Victoria Gailey and Leah John, both from Nevada.
The top four teams and the two highest-finishing individuals who are not on those four qualifying teams will advance to the NCAA Championship at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona, on May 20-25.
