The Grand Canyon men's and women's diving teams added Arizona State to its schedule with a Wednesday competition at 8:30 a.m. (Phoenix time) at ASU's Mona Plummer Aquatic Center. The first Lopes-Sun Devils matchup will feature men's and women's platform competition while the men also will compete on the 3-meter springboard.

The GCU men are coming off a 150-147 win over UNLV with sophomore divers
Isaac Poole and
Nicholas Gunn finishing one-two on the 1- and 3-meter springboards. Poole earned two NCAA zone qualifying scores against the Rebels. On the women's side, junior
Abigail Erickson won the 1-meter event after earning an NCAA zone score (271.50). She also placed second on the 3-meter, posting a score of 271.50. Teammate
Lizzy Mcknight took home third place in the 1-meter event with a score of 239.63, while freshman
Shiori Bak earned a top-three finish after earning a score of 242.10 points.
SCHEDULED EVENTS
There will be no preliminaries and each diver will receive six dives.
