The Grand Canyon men's tennis team released a packed spring schedule featuring six home matches at the GCU Tennis Facility.

The
Derek Siddiqui coaching era will officially begin in Tucson, where the Lopes face Arizona in the season opener on Jan. 15 for the fifth matchup between the two schools since 2017. The following day, the Lopes will go against Wichita State in the home opener.

A long road trip will follow, starting at Arizona State on Jan. 18 for the fifth straight meeting in Tempe and the 53rd overall matchup. The Lopes will also travel to UC Santa Barbara to face UCSB and Portland State, along with matches at Utah State and Weber State, before returning home to face UC Riverside on Feb. 8.

After four straight road matches that concludes at UNLV, the Lopes host Air Force and Omaha on March 12 and 14, respectively. GCU last hosted the Falcons in a 5-2 win back in 2016.

WAC play will begin at the end of March with GCU traveling to Abilene Christian on March 31 and New Mexico State on April 2. A quick trip to Seattle U on April 8 will proceed the final homestand of the regular season. GCU will host the final conference matches against newcomer UT Arlington on April 14 and UT Rio Grande Valley on April 16. The final regular-season match will be against Northern Arizona on April 22.

UT Arlington will host the WAC Tournament on April 27-29.
