GCU faces Lancers for final home meet
The Grand Canyon swimming and diving team hosts its final home meet of the season Saturday when the Lopes welcome California Baptist to Phoenix for Senior Day.
Saturday's meet will start at 1 p.m. at the Fr. Edward A. Reese Aquatic Center on the campus of Brophy College Preparatory.Â
Last year, the men took the victory over CBU with a score of 175-126 while the women fell 169-129.Â
The program will celebrate its nine seniors — Pietro Hufnagel Toscani, Nick Benson, Eran Ber, Noah Lambert, Wiktor Jaszczak, Salma Zaitoun, Talita Te Flan, Roaia Mashaly and Asahi Nagahata — as they compete in their final home meet for GCU.
Brophy is located at 4701 N. Central Ave. in Phoenix. The pool is on the east side of campus with parking on the south side. Follow the path around the baseball field to get to the pool.
