The Grand Canyon women's golf team has released its 2019-20 schedule, as announced by head coach
Lauren Giesecke.
"We are extremely excited for the upcoming season and the competitive schedule we put together," Giesecke said. "There are quite a few new events in various parts of the country that will provide a good test for us. This will give us a chance to compete against teams in multiple conferences that we could see in postseason play."
GCU will play in several tournaments with strong programs, including the Wisconsin East & West Match Play Challenge, the Notre Dame Clover Cup and a return to the Iowa Hawkeye El-Tigre Invitational in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
In addition to the annual tournament trips to Hawaii and Mexico, the Lopes will play four of their six spring tournaments in their home state of Arizona.
The four Arizona tournaments will include the GCU Invitational at GCU Championship Golf Course, the Notre Dame Clover Cup at Longbow Golf Club in Mesa, the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club in Maricopa and the Bobcat Spring Invitational at Golf Club of Estrella in Goodyear.

Courtney Vogel, senior
Carolina Sandstrom, junior
Siripatsorn Patchana, junior
Alexis Linam and sophomore
Payton Fehringer. The newcomers are sophomore Madison Voisard, freshman Carmen Belmonte and freshman Reyna Hernandez.
