FINAL RESULTS
LEXINGTON, KY – The Grand Canyon women's golf team finished the Bettie Lou Evans Invitational in 12th place on Saturday afternoon at the Big Blue Course hosted by the University of Kentucky.
The Lopes finished ahead of Cincinnati, Akron, Ball State and Illinois State.
GCU was led by Deanna Salvatori with a solid 15th place finish. Salvatori finished with rounds of 74, 75, 73, good for a 222, +6 total. Courtney Vogel (231) and Siripatsorn Patchana (232) both finished in the top-50.
Wendy Monfort finished with a 248, while Carolina Sandstrom finished with a 249.
GCU is back in action on October 16-17 at the Pat Lesser-Harbottle Invitational, hosted by Seattle. The tournament will take place at Tacoma Country and Golf Club.
