Earn CSCAA Scholar All-America Team honor

The Grand Canyon Swimming and diving team is prepared to swim fast and dive smoothly at the WAC Championships in Pharr, Texas, this week.

The Lopes will compete against the rest of the conference Wednesday through Saturday in the brand-new pool in City of Pharr Natatorium near WAC host UT Rio Grande Valley.

Ahead of the competition, the Lopes were recognized for their accomplishments in the classroom. The men's and women's team received the honor of the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America's Scholar All-America Team.
