Siripatsorn Patchana qualified to play in the NCAA Regionals after being the individual winner at the WAC Championship last week.Â

Patchana's
second WAC medalist honors punched her ticket to the Stanford Regional on May 9-11 at the Stanford Golf Course in Stanford, California. She is one of six individuals competing at the regional as well as 12 teams.
The 12 teams include host Stanford, USC, LSU, Northwestern, Purdue, UNLV, Texas Tech, Kentucky, Iowa State, Cal Poly, Princeton and Sacred Heart. Other individual qualifiers included Riana Mission of San Francisco, Jennifer Koga of Sacramento State, Kirsten Baete of Nebraska and Victoria Gailey and Leah John of Nevada.
The top four teams and two highest-finishing individuals not on those four teams will advance to the NCAA Championship at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona, on May 20-25.
The regional's opening round for Patchana will begin at 9:50 a.m. (Phoenix time) on May 9. This will be Patchana's second career regional competition.
