FLAGSTAFF — The Grand Canyon men's and women's diving teams concluded the NCAA Zone E Diving Championships with the women's platform and men's 1-meter diving event at Wall Aquatic Center on Wednesday afternoon.

Junior
Abigail Erickson and freshman
Shiori Bak competed on the platform dive this afternoon, earning a spot in the finals.

Erickson finished seventh in the preliminaries with a score of 245.45. The Highlands Ranch, Colorado, native placed 15
th in the finals posting a score of 449.80.

Bak ended the preliminary round in 17
th with a score of 218.80. A native of Australia, Bak finished her season with 437.20 points in the finals for a 17
th place finish.

Sophomore
Isaac Poole ended the season on the 1-meter dive in 10
th place with a final score of 614.60. In the prelim round, he finished ninth with 214.60 points to qualify.
Day 2
Tuesday featured sophomore duo of
Lizzy Mcknight on the 3-meter boards and Poole on platform.
In the preliminary rounds, Poole posted a score of 261.25, landing in 12th in the preliminary standings. He advanced to the finals for the second day in a row. Overall, Poole moved up two places for a 10th-place finish with a score of 561.95.Â
Mcknight finished in 28th with a score of 250.25 points. However, only the top 18 advanced to the finals. Â
Day 1
Poole, a Washington native, competed in the 3-meter event. He finished the preliminary round in 16th with a score of 269.60 points. The Washington native advanced to the finals where he finished in 17th posting a total score of 590.30.
On the women's side, Mcknight earned a score of 207.25 in a competitive round of prelims placing 51st overall. In the preliminary rounds, only the top-eight advances to the finals.
