The Grand Canyon women's golf team heads to Mesa for the prestigious Clover Cup, hosted by Notre Dame.
The 16-team field includes four top-25 programs and nine top-50 programs. The Lopes enter the field with the 14th best ranking in the Clover Cup, coming in at No. 114.
GCU is coming off a win at the GCU Invitational. The Lopes edged out California Baptist to win by one shot. Alexis Linam took home medalist honors, while Carmen Belmonte finished in the top-5.
No. 2 USC is in the Clover Cup and features the reigning U.S. Women's Amateur champion. Several other nationally ranked golfers are in the field.
The three-day tournament will run March 13-15 at Longbow Golf Club in Mesa. Tee times will begin at 8 a.m. on each day.
