Clayton Sikorski enters his third season as assistant coach in 2021-22, being hired in June of 2019.
In his first year at GCU, Sikorski helped the Lopes produce a medalist winner and three top-three team finishes in just six events in the shortened 2019-20 season.
Overall during Sikorski's time at GCU, the Lopes have had two medalist winners, five top-5 team finishes, two All-WAC award winners and a pair of runner-up finishes at the WAC Championship.
Sikorski has earned numerous coaching awards, including the GSAC Coach of the Year, a Dave Williams NAIA National Coach of the Year finalist and NAIA GCAA Western Region Coach of the Year.

Most recently, Sikorski started the men’s and women’s golf programs in February of 2017 at Ottawa, located in nearby Surprise, Ariz.

At OUAZ, the Spirit won four events and finished outside the top-5 just once in 11 tournaments in 2018-19. Sikorski coached the NCCAA National Christian College champion and a NAIA All-American Second-Team player at Ottawa. Additionally, the OUAZ was ranked as high as No. 5 in the NAIA and won the GSAC Conference Championship by 35 strokes.

Before his time in Arizona, Sikorski was the head men’s and women’s coach at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. While at OKWU, the men’s team reached No. 14 in the NAIA Coaches Top-25 Poll.

Sikorski graduated from OKWU in 2014 and earned a Master of Business Administration degree in 2016. He played on the golf team for four years and earned MCAC All-Conference honors twice.
