Hit .364 over three-year varsity career.
Earned second team all-state recognition at the 6A level as a sophomore in 2017 and senior in 2019.
Former Basha teammates Michael Perzan and Jake Jarvis are also current members of the Lopes, while Basha alum Jack Schneider is also on the team.
Was also a standout, first team all-state football player, accumulating 2,474 receiving yards with 15 touchdowns over three varsity seasons. Was also a defensive back with nine career interceptions, and a kicker with a career-long field goal of 44 yards.
Labeled "Basha's multi-sport star." "I feel like it makes me a better football player and a better baseball player just being able to be multi-sport and diverse."
On choosing baseball over football: "It was hard. Overall, I went on my visit to GCU, met with the coaches, talked to them all the time, they kept in touch. I really just fell in love with the school, fell in love with the program and the coaches. I felt like that was the place that was meant for me."
Had a 4.16 GPA in high school.

Parents are Dan and Kelly Siffermann.
Grandfather, Jack, played football at Notre Dame from 1956 to 1959.
Off the diamond, enjoys playing basketball, volleyball and wake boarding.
Chose GCU for "the coaching staff, how the program and school are both growing and all the amazing facilities."
Favorite TV shows are Friday Night Lights and Friends.
Following his baseball career, wants to be a firefighter and a baseball or football coach.
Favorite pro teams are the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears.
