Had his best season as a senior in 2021 both on the mound and in the batter's box. Was 6-0 with a 0.62 ERA and 77 strikeouts in 34 innings. Set the school's single-game strikeout record with 17. Hit .528 with 33 RBIs and 18 extra-base hits. His mark of five home runs tied a school record. Was the league's player of the year and the team's MVP.
In a win on May 7, 2021, had 17 strikeouts and hit a grand slam — his favorite sports memory to date.
Went from hitting .279 as a freshman to .407 as a sophomore, earning the team's Most Improved Player designation and all-league honors on a league-championship team in 2019.
Helped lead the Eagles to a D-5 CIF Championship as a freshman in 2018.
Also played football, where he was a quarterback and punter and earned first-team all-state honors as a senior in Fall 2020.
Was an all-academic team honoree for baseball all four years.

Off the field, enjoys fishing, gaming and is a car enthusiast.
Chose GCU to "continue my baseball and academic career while maintianing a faith-based school."
Best part of playing baseball: "the grind and love of the sport is amazing and it’s challenging, and I have played it since it was four. My dream since I was little was to make it to the MLB."
His favorite sports teams are the Minnesota Vikings, Minnesota Twins and San Diego Padres.
His favorite athletes to watch growing up were Joe Mauer, Adrian Peterson and Percy Harvin.
