Seven Grand Canyon men's soccer student-athletes earned All-WAC honors on Tuesday.
The top honoree for GCU was senior defender
Austin Day, who earned a spot on the All-WAC second team.
Six more Lopes were named All-WAC honorable mentions, including three defenders that helped GCU to six shutouts this season, sophomore goalkeeper
George Tasouris and the Lopes' two leading goal scorers.

Day's selection to the All-WAC second team is the first conference honor of the Frisco, Texas, native's career. The senior competed all four seasons for the Lopes on defense, finishing with an impressive senior season where he was one of two GCU student-athletes to start all 17 matches. Day recorded the second-most assists on the team this season with four, including one on a game-winning goal against Incarnate Word in the Lopes' conference opener.
Aguas competed in his first season for GCU after transferring from Phoenix College. The Quito, Ecuador, native played in 16 matches, starting 14. His 1,406 minutes on the field helped contribute to all six shutouts that GCU recorded.
Barreiro is another transfer who joined the Lopes for the first time this season. He recorded 14 starts in 16 matches played, totaling 1,156 minutes for the Lopes. He contributed in five of GCU's six shutouts of the season.
The selection for honorable mention is
Easley's third WAC award this season. The Kona, Hawaii, native was named WAC Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 16 after the Lopes' third shutout of the season against Oregon State. He was later named the WAC Student-Athlete of the Month for September. Easley competed in all 17 matches for the Lopes, making 15 starts.
Rasmussen led the Lopes on offense, recording 14 points on six goals and two assists. His first goal came against Northern Kentucky in the season opener, a penalty kick in the 89th minute to give the Lopes a 3-0 win. He scored again in a 2-2 tie against San Jose State and made another penalty kick versus Houston Baptist before finishing the season with goals in three straight matches against Air Force, Utah Valley and UNLV.
Tasouris started all 17 matches for the Lopes after being named WAC Preseason Defensive Player of the Year. The Nicosia, Cyprus, native finished the season ranked in the top 100 in goalie minutes played (28th), shutouts (32nd) and saves (65th). He was named WAC Defensive Player of the Week on Oct. 21 after leading the Lopes to their sixth shutout of the season with three saves against UT Rio Grande Valley. Tasouris was named to the 2018 All-WAC second team and freshman team, as well as winning MVP of the 2018 WAC Tournament.
Wilton scored his first collegiate goal in the Lopes' season opener against Northern Kentucky before going on to score three more this season. His 11 points rank second on the team while his three assists rank third. After his first goal in the season opener, the Essex, England, native gave the Lopes a 1-0 win against Santa Clara on their first road trip of the season. He recorded two more goals against Houston Baptist and Utah Valley to finish the season with four.
