Four Golfers Receive Weekly PacWest Honor

Grand Canyon University men’s golfers Matt Pridey (Sioux Falls, SD, Washington HS, Augustana College), Daniel Harrington (Chandler, AZ, Dobson HS, S. Mtn./Holy Names), Jacob Golembiewski (Chandler, AZ, Corona del Sol, Cal State Fullerton), and Mark Geddes (Cheshire, England, Calday Grange Grammar) were named to the Pacific West Conference Weekly Top 10 Honor Roll today for events contested Feb. 28-March 6.
Senior Pridey was the top finisher for the ‘Lopes at the Coyote Classic placing 23rd overall with a nine over par 219.
Harrington and Golembiewski tied for 24th overall and finished one stroke behind Pridey with a tournament score 220.
Geddes was the final individual for GCU after carding a 226.
Dixie State’s Kyle Chappell was named the Men’s Golf Player of the Week after placing third overall at the Coyote Classic with a tournament score 207, four under par.
