'Lopes in Second at Mustang Invite, Round Two Delayed

The Grand Canyon University men’s golf team is second of 18 teams after round one at the Western New Mexico Mustang Invitational in Albuquerque, NM with a 20 over par 308. The second round was delayed due to darkness and will be completed tomorrow morning.
The ‘Lopes are just nine strokes behind first place, Fort Lewis College.
Grand Canyon’s leader is senior Matt Pridey (Sioux Falls, SD, Washington HS, Augustana College), who is tied for third with a two over 74. Fort Lewis’ Charlie Laudermilk is in the lead with an even par, 72.
Round two will be completed tomorrow morning, directly followed by round three for the completion of the tournament.
