Jovicevic, Demos named to NSCAA West Region 2nd team
Midfielder Jordan Demos and defender Bosko Jovicevic were named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of
America West Region 2nd team.
Demos was a first team Pacific West Conference selection and ESPN The Magazine/College Sports Information Directors of America District 8 College Division Academic Team choice.
Jovicevic (pictured) was the PacWest Player of the Year, following a season in which he scored two goals and had four assists. He also keyed nine shutouts as Grand Canyon went 11-5-5, advancing to the NCAA Division II Tournament. He was a first team PacWest selection and second team Daktronics West Region pick.
Both will return for their senior seasons in 2008.
