BLAINE, Wash. -- Grand Canyon shot a 312 on the final day of the Division II NCAA Championships at Loomis Trail Golf Club Friday and finished 15th.
The Lopes were 87-over-par for the 72-hole event. It was their fourth straight trip to the national tournament. Sonoma State (43-over-par) beat CSU San Bernardino in a one-hole playoff to take the team title.
GCU's only senior, Mike Krahe (pictured), shot a 6-over-par 77, the second best round of the day for the Lopes. The Flagstaff native finished the four-day tournament 27-over-par.
