Grand Canyon placed fifth at the Cal State Bakersfield Poor Boy Invitational Tuesday on the Seven Oaks Country Club. The Antelopes shot 7-over 871.
Cal State Stanislaus won the tournament by a stroke over UCLA, finishing at 17-under 847.
UCLA's Erik Flores and Craig Leslie shot 10-under 206 and 9-under 207 to claim the top two spots. Grand Canyon's Brett Beaty (pictured) put together a pair of under-par rounds to finish in a tie for eighth at 4-under 212.
