Was a 40th-round selection of the Miami Marlins in the 2019 MLB Draft but elected to return for senior season.
Named a first-team All-WAC starting pitcher, the first at GCU since 2014.
Prior to the start of the NCAA Tournament, was the nation's co-leader with 11 wins, tying GCU's Division I record. It was the most wins in program history since Bart Grubbs' 11 in 1991.
Became the first GCU pitcher to hit the 100-strikeout mark since Jeff Swanson in 2004.
Posted the best earned run average (2.16) in the program's D-I history.
Announced arrival by only allowing one run in his first three starts against Wichita State, TCU and USC, which cumulatively have 33 College World Series appearances.
Led the WAC in opponent batting average (.193) and was second in strikeouts and ERA.
Recorded double-digit strikeout games in wins over Xavier (11 on March 14) and in the WAC Tournament against UT Rio Grande Valley (10 on May 23).

Helped lead his team to the semifinal round of the state playoffs as a junior and the quarterfinals as a senior.
Favorite high school sports memory was tossing a no-hitter in the quarterfinals of the state playoffs to defeat No. 2-seeded North Medford as a junior in 2015.
Racked up the accolades during his prep career: Greater Valley Conference Pitcher of the Year, first team all-state, state all-star series, Pitcher of the Year for the South All-Star team, All-Yamhill Valley three times.
Was a team captain three of four seasons.
Also played basketball, where he was named Most Inspirational Player.
Graduated with an Honors Diploma and was a member of the National Honor Society for three years.

Chose GCU because "the coaches seemed like people who want to not only teach the game of baseball, but also help players grow as people, and the school just felt like home."
Favorite sports teams are the Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks and Seattle Mariners.
Favorite players to watch growing up included Edgar Martinez, Derek Jeter and Emmitt Smith.
