- GCU's first pitcher to post a sub-2.00 ERA with 30+ innings of work since 1982 (Art Martinez).
- Named to the WAC All-Tournament team after a career-high nine-strikeout relief effort in GCU's first game. Threw 4 2/3 scoreless innings against New Mexico State, helping lead GCU to a come-from-behind victory.
- Posted a streak of nine consecutive scoreless relief outings, spanning 19 1/3 innings from April 10 to May 21.
- Was the winning pitcher in three games: March 20 vs. Seattle U, May 16 at Tarleton (three hitless innings) and May 27 in the conference tournament.
- After allowing four earned runs in first three appearances of the season (8.31 ERA), only surrendered three earned runs in his final 15 appearances to lower his ERA to 1.77.
- Had the team's third-best ERA of 2.08, making seven relief appearances.
