- Used in a variety of roles including bullpen duties for weekend series and starts for mid-week games. Finished the year with a 6.40 ERA over 16 appearances (4 starts).
- Pitched first 5.0 innings of the season scoreless including a key inning out of the bullpen against No. 22 Oklahoma State, part of a GCU combined shutout.
- Earned first career start at UNLV on March 14.
- Got a heavy dose of action in mid-week games including appearances against top-25 foes Arizona and Arkansas.
- Had best career performance in a mid-week start against Kansas, tossing a career-long 5.0 innings and allowing just one run while striking out three.

- In over 10 appearances (all in relief) he threw 17.0 innings and went 1-1 with a 3.18 ERA.
- Ranked second on the Lopes with his 3.18 ERA.
- Made debut in a Lopes' uniform on Feb. 20, tossing 1.2 scoreless innings vs. Gonzaga.
- Spun 2.1 scoreless innings against New Mexico on March 16.
- Threw a career-high 3.0 innings against Sacramento State on May 14, striking out three batters.
High School
Canyon Del Oro High School - Oro Valley, Ariz.
- Posted a career ERA of 3.05 through four seasons of varsity baseball, highlighted by a 1.98 and 2.03 as a freshman and sophomore. Held opposing batters to a .217 cumulative batting average and was a team captain all four years.
- After being seeded 9, 16 and 10, respectively, in the state tournament, the Dorados broke through in his senior season to claim the Division II state title as the three seed.
- Made the start in the state championship game, tossing five superb innings in the team's 3-1 victory, including a streak of seven straight batters retired to finish his outing. CDO finished the championship season 32-2.
- Three-time All-State selection and two-time First Team Southern Conference honoree.
- Named to the 2014 Arizona Sunbelt Team along with six fellow GCU players.
