The Grand Canyon women's golf team heads to Boulder Creek, Nevada, to partake in the Women's Jackrabbit Invitational, hosted by South Dakota State on Monday and Tuesday.
The tournament will be held at Boulder Creek Golf Club, a familiar site to the Lopes after the 2023 WAC Championship was held there. The course is par 72 with a distance of 6,343 yards. Monday consists of 36 holes, beginning with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. Tuesday's final round also begins at 8 a.m.
The Lopes enter the week ranked No. 82 in the nation with a record of 85-7. It is coming off consecutive top-two finishes, first winning the BGSU Women's Intercollegiate on Feb. 14 in Litchfield Park, Arizona, before taking second at the GCU Invitational on Feb. 28.
GCU is ranked the second highest among the field's 13 participants, trailing only Kent State at No. 58 in the nation. The other teams are South Dakota State, St. Thomas, Murray State, Bradley, Eastern Kentucky, Little Rock, Middle Tennessee, Appalachian State, North Dakota, FIU, Northern Iowa and UNLV (individuals only).

Amelia Curtis will compete as an individual. Guerrero is coming off a top-three finish at the GCU Invitational, where she helped orchestrate a dominant third and final round to push the Lopes to second place. Guerrero shot 9 under for the tournament after a 4-under final round.
