The Grand Canyon swimming and diving teams are set for the first All-Arizona Division I Meet with all four major in-state programs in attendance.

The Arizona State men won the 2023-24 NCAA Championships but lost four-time gold medalist Léon Marchand, who turned professional, and head coach Bob Bowman, who became the Texas head coach.
The NAU women won the 2023-24 WAC title but have not faced the Lopes in the regular season since the 2021-22 season, when GCU won 182.5 to 117.5.
Arizona will make its season debut in Tempe after having an intrasquad meet to open the season.

Junior Paula Martinez Moreno achieved success, securing first place in the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1 minutes, 43.55 seconds, the 100 butterfly at 55.75 seconds, the 400 medley relay in 3:45.19 and the 200 butterfly in 2:03.39. She also earned second place in the 200 backstroke with a time of 2:02.34 and first place in the 100 backstroke at 56.58 seconds. The Spaniard's times awarded her the first WAC Swimmer of the Week award this season.
Junior Alex Volkov excelled in several events, achieving first place in the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:29.12, the 100 butterfly at 48.55 seconds, the 400 medley relay in 3:14.72 and the 200 freestyle relay at 1:21.58, while also securing third place in the 400 freestyle relay and first place in the 100 backstroke at 48.43 seconds.
The Lopes divers will make their season debut in Tempe on Saturday.
