Lopes welcome BYU to Phoenix

PHOENIX--The Grand Canyon men's and women's swimming and diving team will swim their final home meet of 2018 this Saturday, as both the men's and women's team will face off against Brigham Young University from Provo, Utah on Jan. 13 at 1:00 p.m MT at the Fr Edward J. Reese Aquatic Center at Brophy Catholic College Preparatory.
The last time the men's and women's team faced BYU was in January 2017, with the men dropping a close meet to the Cougars 156-142 and the women falling 169-131.
Saturday will also be Senior Day for the 13 seniors on the Grand Canyon Swimming and Diving team. We will be honoring their hard work and commitment to GCU and the swimming and diving program the last four years.
The Senior Day celebration will take place during the second break in the meet, with the time to be determined.

Easiest parking and access to the pool will be on the south side of campus, by the Piper Math & Science building. Take the walk way next to the baseball field at the end of the south parking lot.
