The Grand Canyon University tennis teams split their matches with Fresno Pacific, played on the campus of Azusa Pacific in Azusa, Calif.
“We had a hard fought match today with FPU,” said head coach Greg Prudhomme. “The ladies did a great job taking a 2-1 lead after doubles and we competed well at 1-4 singles. The men, ranked 13
th in the nation, won 5-3. FPU entered the match ranked 12
th in D-II.
Arjun Bal won a tough three setter at No. 4 singles, winning 6-4 in the third set.

The women fell 6-3, dropping their overall record to 6-3.
