The ‘Lopes’ No. 1 player is sophomore Katharina Mittag (Hamburg, Germany/Rangitoto College, Temple University), another D-I transfer.
"Girls are very excited to play tomorrow. It is definitely going to be challenging to play against D-I school, but, it is a great opportunity for our team to experience playing on a higher level," said Head Coach Greg Prudhomme.
GCU currently is in second place in the PacWest behind BYU Hawai’i (5-0) and just ahead of Hawai’i Pacific (8-2).
