Cinderella had the right footing, though, in the land where Disney reigns as the Florida Southern Moccasins rallied to beat Grand Canyon University, 15-14, Friday night at Bryant Stadium.
It was Florida Southern's first NCAA lacrosse win.
Making his first appearance of the season, NCAA Division III transfer Seabrooke Carter scored seven goals for Florida Southern, notching his biggest with the game tied at 13-13 in the fourth quarter. It spoiled a pair of four-goal games by GCU's Billy Lloyd (pictured) and Jordy Patterson.
