Central Arizona College: 2009 – Track and field region champion with a 15:28.65 5K… set personal best in 10K with a time of 32:17.32 at the NJCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships. 2008 – Cross country team earned region title… helped lead his team to a
second-place finish at the NJCAA Men’s Cross Country Championship; placed 25th individually… received All-American honors…set personal bests in the 1500m with a time of 4:00.14 at the Region I Track & Field Championships and in the 5K with 15:15.12 at the UCSD Triton Invitational.
Central HS: 2007 – Region champion in the 1600m and 3200m… named Central’s student-athlete of the year. 2006 – 5A-II state cross country runner-up with a 16:20.70 5K… named to the Central HS Wall of Fame for cross country. 2005 – 5A-II state cross country runner-up with a 16:54.65 5K.
