2016 – Ran a career-best time of 1:53.87 in the 800 meters at the Steve Scott Invitational.. Had another career-best time of 3:51.70 in the 1500 meters at the Beach Invitational.. Placed fifth in the 5000 meters with a career-best 15:03.48 time at the 38th Annual Aztec Invitational.. Ran a career-best in the 3000 meters with a time of 8:51.26 at the WAC Indoor Championships.. Placed second in the mile at the WAC Indoor Championships and second in the 1500 meters at the WAC Outdoor Championships.
2015 – Placed sixth in the 800 meters with a time of 1:57.31 at the WAC Outdoor Championships.. Ran a season-best time of 1:54.29 in the 800 meters to place third at the 2015 Mesa Classic.. Earned eighth place in the 800 meters at the WAC Indoor Championships.. Ran the mile in 4:25.25 to place second at the NAU Invitational.
2014 – Ran a career-best time of 4:18.13 in the mile to place second at the Ed Jacoby Invite & Multi.. Finished eighth in the mile run at the WAC Indoor Championships, collecting a time of 4:23.68.. Placed fifth in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:04.74 at the UTEP Invitational.. Ran a season-best time of 3:54.70 in the 1500 meters at the Adidas/Steve Scott Invite.
2013 – Placed sixth in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:11.80 at the 2013 Mesa Classic.. Ran a season-best time of 3:59.84 in the 1500 meters at the Beach Invitational.. Earned eighth place at the PVCC Outdoor with a season-best time of 1:58.14 in the 800 meters.
Sunrise Mountain HS: 2011 – Named all-district and all-region in track and field.. Region champion in the 1600-meter with a time of 4:33.81.. Region champion in the 3200-meter with 9:57.32.. Runner-up at the state track and field championship in the 3200-meter with 9:41.44, placed third in the 1600-meter with 4:25.87.. Set school records in the 800-meter (1:55.30), 1600-meter (4:20.18), and 3200-meter (9:38.64). 2010 – Won the 4A-I state cross country title with a 16:02.30 5K.. Named district and sectional champion in cross country.. Named all-district and all-region in track and field, region champion in 800-meter, 4x800m relay, 1600-meter and 3200-meter. 2009 – Cross country district champion, region runner-up.. Named all-district and all-region in track and field.. Region champion in the two-mile.. Runner-up in the 4x800m relay at the 4A-II track and field championships. 2008 – Placed fourth at the cross country district meet.. Named all-region in track and field and was the region champion in the two-mile.
