Bio
Year on Team: Third Year Member
Major: Biology with an Emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy
Future Goals: To be a Doctor of Physical Therapy working in a children’s hospital to help patients who have suffered from accidents or chronic illnesses regain their mobility and strength.
Favorite part of being a Lope: My favorite part of being a Lope is the school spirit and pride the students carry around campus. Especially around game day for any sport, you can just feel the energy around the campus! I chose GCU because its variety of healthcare programs, small campus and family-like atmosphere.
Dance Experience that defines me as a dancer: Dance began at 7 years old at Kane Dance Academy (KDA), which became my second home for the next 11 years. While at KDA, I studied ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, pas de deux, and pointe. Along with dance I began cheerleading in middle school and continued through high school. Dance has been a part of my life for 14 years as I return for my 3rd year with GCU’s Dance Team!
Hobbies and Interests: I enjoy yoga, hiking, reading, crafting, and anything else that involves food and coffee.
Role Model: My mother is my rock. Her strength influences me to remain strong through adversity and even those late nights of studying. Her unconditional love, encouragement, and humor are what I hope to reflect in my future.
Favorite Bible Verse: “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9

Fun Fact About Me: Life is too short to take too seriously so I pretty much laugh at anything, literally anything.
