Named WAC Player of the Week for April 18-24 after posting three multi-hit games in the Lopes' three-game sweep of North Dakota. He finished with five RBIs, five runs scored and a home run in the series.
Finished with 29 hits in conference play, third-most among GCU players, and 21 RBIs in conference play, second on the team.
Served as a pinch-hitter in first four appearances of career before earning first start on Feb. 27.
Had first career hit in GCU's win over Central Michigan on Feb. 25.

Parents are AJ and Michelle Malis.
Mother, Michelle, played volleyball at the University of Arizona (1990-1993) and is currently a high school volleyball coach.
