The Grand Canyon women's golf team embarks on its third road trip of the season as it travels northwest to Seattle, Wash., to partake in the Pat Lesser Harbottle Invitational.

The tournament, hosted by fellow WAC school Seattle U, consists of two days with 36 holes on Monday and 18 holes Tuesday.

GCU is coming off a fifth-place finish at the Coeur d'Alene Invitational in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho Sept. 26. The Lopes had four players finish in the top-25 as senior
Carly Strole tied for 13th at 2 under. GCU opened the season with a first place showing at the Timpanogos Collegiate Invitational Sept. 12, where junior
Leighton Shosted finished second place overall.

The field consists of 22 teams with Seattle U and GCU the only WAC schools competing.

The Lopes will field Strole, Shosted, sophomore
Ryan Flynn, and seniors
Becca Tschetter and
Constanza Guerrero. Freshman
Lena Tremouille will compete in her first collegiate event as an individual. The players will begin play tomorrow at 8 AM.
