PHOENIX – The Grand Canyon women's soccer program will host three camps this summer, announced Tuesday by head coach
Derek Leader. All three camps offer a $20 discount for all GCU employees.
2018 Lopes Residential ID Camp
The 2018 Lopes Residential ID Camp will start things off on June 8-10. The Lopes Residential ID Camp is made for athletes who desire focused training sessions designed to mirror GCU Women's Soccer Division I workouts. While living in the beautifully appointed dorms and using our great facilities, players will get a glimpse into what life is like as an NCAA Soccer player. The Grand Canyon University Women's Soccer staff will direct camp and provide insight into moving your game to the next level.
The cost of attendance is $395 for overnight campers and $375 for commuting campers. Individuals age 12-19, as well as junior college transfers will be accepted. Each camper will be given meals from Friday night until Sunday morning, and a camp T-shirt will be provided.

2018 Lopes Youth Day Camp
GCU women's soccer will offer two week-long day camp opportunities this summer, as the first will be June 11-15 and the second will be July 9-13. Both camps are $150 per camper, offered to individuals age 6-14, and include a camp T-shirt.
Water and Gatorade will be provided for campers for the duration, and tents for shade will be available. Campers will be instructed by GCU women's soccer staff and players, while a full-time athletic trainer from the GCU Sports Medicine Staff will be on site.
Campers should bring soccer shoes, shin guards, a water bottle, a soccer ball and sunscreen.
