- Member of 200-yard medley relay (1:31.25) that finished first and broke pool record…First in 100-yard breaststroke (57.55) at UC San Diego Invite
- Set Egyptian National Records in 100-yard breaststroke and 50-yard breaststroke (28.02)
- Finished 10th overall in the 100-yard breaststroke and 16th overall in the 200-yard breaststroke at USA Swimming’s AT&T Winter Nationals
- Two individual first place finishes and two relay first place finishes…Broke two team records and a pool record at Northwestern TYR Invite
- Member of 200-yard medley relay (1:29.51) that finished first at Florida Gulf Coast Invite
- Competed in FINA World Championships for Egypt in 50-meter breaststroke, 100-meter breaststroke and 4x100-meter relay
