Grand Canyon is back on the road for Thursday's 6 pm match at San José State (9-10, 4-4 Mountain West), marking the Lopes' second match ever with SJSU. GCU will then head to Fresno State (5-14, 1-7 MW) for a 5 p.m. Saturday match.
Thursday's match will not be streamed due to a soccer doubleheader at San José State. Saturday's match can be seen on Mountain West Network.

SCOUTING
- SJSU is 4-4 in MW play with a most recent win against Fresno State. After facing GCU, the Spartans will host New Mexico before playing at Wyoming and Colorado State.
- Fresno State is 1-7 in conference play after being picked fourth in the MW Preseason Coaches Poll. The Bulldogs are led by opposite hitter Addison Haluska, who was named MW Preseason Player of the Year.

- The Lopes will return home to host Air Force on Oct. 30 and Nevada on Nov. 1. The match against Nevada will include a Senior Day celebration for GCU's three seniors.
