PHOENIX — CS Dominguez Hills (6-6) broke out the bats with 15 hits as Grand Canyon University (5-6) gave up 5 unearned runs leading to the Toros 9-3 victory on Sunday afternoon at Brazell Stadium.
The Toros jumped out to a 5-0 lead by the third inning due in a large part to four unearned runs yielded by Lopes starter

GCU managed three runs over their next three at bats but it wasn't enough.
Matt Henne and
Giancarlo Silvestri each collected two hits and an RBI apiece for GCU in the loss. Rojas went 2.2 innings surrendering 5 runs (1 earned) picking up his first loss of the season.
