The 16th-ranked Grand Canyon beach volleyball team is at home, Friday and Saturday to compete in three top-20 matchups. The Lopes face off against No.19 Arizona (3 p.m.) on Friday followed by No.18 Stetson (12 p.m.) and No.12 Arizona State (2 p.m.) on Saturday. The ASU matchup will mark the return of former GCU head coach Kristen Rohr who is in her first season at the helm for the Sun Devils.
Scouting No. 19 Arizona
- Arizona holds a 14-3 record this season, with its last six matches resulting in wins.
- Ranked No.19, the Wildcats began the season unranked.
- The Lopes are 4-3 all time against Arizona. The last three matchups were dominant GCU wins with match scores of 5-0,4-1, 4-1.
Scouting No. 18 Stetson
