- NMSU is led offensively in conference play by 6-foot-4 graduate outside hitter Molly Johnson with 3.4 kills per set, and(sophomore setter Rylee Fay with 7.02 assists per set, while junior libero Darian Markham leads the Aggies defensively with 4.5 digs per set.
- The Aggies entered last year's WAC Tournament as the No. 2 seed, but were upset 3-2 in a quarterfinal match against No. 7 seed Utah Valley.Â
