The Grand Canyon women's soccer team is home for two games this weekend, as the Lopes face New Mexico State on Friday at 7 p.m. in a pink game to honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month and return to the pitch Sunday at 1 p.m. to host Utah Valley for Senior Day, honoring graduating Lopes players

Scouting GCU (5-11, 2-3 WAC)
Since joining the WAC in 2013, GCU is 3-0 at home against New Mexico State and 2-3 against Utah Valley.
Senior goalkeeper
Abby Burton is only the second player in the WAC to reach 80 saves this season.
Senior midfielder
Sarah Inafuku scored two goals against Kansas City and leads the Lopes with three goals in conference play. Her three goals are also the fourth most scored in WAC play this season.
Sophomore
Mikaela McGee leads all GCU position players with 1,491 minutes played. She is playing 88 minutes per game.
Scouting New Mexico State (2-13, 1-4 WAC)
Last week, the Aggies played two matches at home, losing 4-0 to Seattle U and defeating Chicago State 2-1 for their first conference win of the season.
Senior midfielder Aileen Galicia leads the team in scoring with four goals. Senior goalkeeper Ashley Martin has started nine games this season, allowing 20 goals with 46 saves.
Head coach Rob Baarts is in his first season as head coach after spending the previous two seasons as a San Jose State assistant coach.
Scouting Utah Valley (4-11-1, 3-2 WAC)
Last week, the Wolverines lost 1-0 at California Baptist. After finishing nonconference play with a 1-9-1 record, Utah Valley has won three of its first five WAC matches and is fifth in the conference standings.
Redshirt freshman Sadie Brockbank has scored six goals in conference play, the most in the WAC this year. Utah Valley will play at home against Kansas City before traveling to GCU.
The Wolverines will host the WAC Tournament this year. They won the conference tournament on penalty kicks last season in Phoenix.
