Tied with 6:00 remaining, Grand Canyon (2-5) was outscored 19-7 the remainder of the way and lost 64-52 to Nevada at GCU Arena Sunday.

Jessica Gajewski had one of her best shooting games of the season. She tied her season high from three-point range, hitting 4-of-7 attempts, and led GCU in scoring with 16 points.
The game was tied eight times and there were six lead changes.
GCU's
Madison Craig tied the game, 45-45, with 6:00 to go on two free throws. Nevada took the lead for good, 48-45, on a three-pointer from Ashlee Jones.
Down 30-23 early in the second half, Grand Canyon went on an 11-0 run to take a 34-30 lead. Gajewski started the flurry with a 3-pointer.
Courtney Hayes added a free throw and sophomore center
Tori Morris scored the next four points. The first two came on a layup from a nice feed from Hayes. Morris hit two free throws at the 18:04 mark to give Grand Canyon a 31-30 advantage.
Cheyenne Hedrington hit a 3-pointer to give the Lopes a 34-30 lead. Six of the games eight ties came in the second half.
The Antelopes shot 30.2 percent from the field (16-of-53) to the Wolf Pack's 43.6 (24-of-55). The taller Nevada squad won the rebound battle 43-36 and outscored GCU 23-5 on second-chance points.The Antelopes helped force 17 Nevada turnovers. GCU had 16.
Craig led GCU in rebounding with eight. Hayes had six points, six rebounds, six assists and three steals. Morris scored a career-high six points and tied a career-high in minutes played with 13.
