Grand Canyon University senior guard and All-America candidate Samantha Murphy(Phoenix, AZ/Xavier Prep) was the topic of Paola Boivin's column in The Arizona Republic yesterday. The column, titled "Hard work paying off for Grand Canyon star," ran on the front page of the Sports section in the Sunday edition of the newspaper and focused on her recruitment by Head Coach Trent May, her extraordinary work ethic and her academic prowess.
