GCU Women Remain Undefeated 
Grand Canyon University (GCU) junior forward Kayla Poe (Mesa, AZ/Dobson) knocked in a rebound of a shot by senior forward Aislinn Finfrock (pictured; Glendale, AZ/Independence) in the 74th minute to give the Antelopes a 1-0 non-conference win over Mesa State College tonight at the GCU Soccer Field.
It was Poe's second goal of the season for GCU (3-0).
Junior goalkeeper Mileena Buchei (Stansbury, UT/Grantsville) had three saves and posted her first shutout of the season for the 'Lopes.
GCU had a total of 14 shots in the game, six on goal.
Mesa State (3-1) goalkeeper Alicia Kahler had five saves.
